The never-before-seen handwritten journals of Jeff Buckley
will be published for the first time in a new book called Jeff Buckley: His Own Voice
Buckley's mother, Mary Guibert, and the Rolling Stone contributing editor, David Browne, will be sifting through and piecing together each journal to create the book. It'll give Buckley's fans an inside look at the late singer-songwriter's deeply personal thoughts. The book promises letters, lyric sheets, and personal photos from Buckley and is due to be released in Spring of 2019.
"In choosing these pages to share with the world, I'm giving him the chance to speak with his own voice, for the record... and for his fans to see what a sweet, funny, amazing human being he was," Buckley's mother said in a statement.
