Watch: Katy Perry

Kanye West and Jay-Z's "Ni**as in Paris" was the bona fide smash to come off of their Watch the Throne collaboration album (even if not everyone was able to stomach the deliberate 1% excess of the lyrics). Pop music megastar (and the real-life version of Harry Potter's Tonks) Katy Perry visited the BBC 1 Radio studio where performed a cover version of Ye and Jigga's anthem. It is as unbelievably hilarious as it sounds. Katy Perry doesn't do a bad job, but hearing all of the curse words changed and a certain racial slur becoming ninjas completely changes the song. However, I think I might have actually liked the full band playing in the background more than the actual production on the original track. It would be interesting to hear what Yeezy and Hov could do with this backing band.
