Since 2006 when
Fleet Foxes exploded onto the scene, first with their two EP's and then with their critically acclaimed self titled LP, the band has known all kinds of success. They have toured the world, conquering the hearts of thousands upon thousands of fans worldwide. The success that they have known is of course much deserved as they have provided us with an LP and a set of EPs that will most likely never get old.
If, like us here at Baeble, you just can't wait to hear more of what the band has to offer, you may just have to wait a little while. The band is only planning to release their second full length studio album at the end of 2009. But fear not; for those of you that have taken a liking to the musical stylings of the band's lead singer and guitarist
Robin Pecknold, we have something for you that you may enjoy.
A White Antelope is basically Robin Pecknold's solo project. He only has a couple of songs up on his myspace page, but they are quite worth a listen. Hopefully in the coming months we will hear more from A White Antelope to tide us over until the next Fleet Foxes release. -
