About a month ago, we reported on the fact that 90s industrial rockers Garbage were working on their first new album in a decade, the aggressively titled We're Not Your Kind of People. Garbage just dropped the first full single off the album, the equally gloomily titled "Blood for Poppies." Just like the new Eve 6 song we shared last week, "Blood for Poppies" is a surprisingly fun blast from your past that should transport you to the days when Hole and Garbage battled to be the most bad-ass chick bands around and this post-industrial rock was still in vogue. It's a surprisingly catchy tune, and it actually has us excited for Garbage's attempted comeback.
