The latter of the two occurred last night when the recent Oscar-winner and his band Thirty Seconds to Mars
performed a concert in Kiev's Independence Square.
The concert came after Leto closed his Oscar acceptance speech by stating, "To all the dreamers out there around the world watching this tonight, in places like the Ukraine and Venezuela, I want to say we are here."
Under any other circumstance we'd find some way to tease the easy-target band, but Rayon totally backed
his word on this one...
