X Ambassadors Drop Inspirational Track To Benefit ACLU

    X Ambassadors love to put their music towards a good cause. A few days ago, the New York-based rock band played a show to benefit Planned Parenthood. And they just released a single titled, "Hoping" for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) - which has been fighting Trump's immigration ban.

    With mostly a piano and a slow drum beat, frontman Sam Harris sings, "But I still keep on hoping / Keep on hoping / When it all feels broken / Got to keep my hope alive." With a gospel choir providing backing vocals, this track couldn't be more inspirational.

    Harris said in a statement, "As long as there are those of us who suffer and experience injustice in this world, we will continue to use our music and our voices to speak up. Our resistance is one of love and hope."

    For the next six months, all proceeds from "Hoping" will go towards the ACLU.
