Some ideas are so cool that you think, "Why hasn't this happened yet?" Such is the case for Tanlines'
new music video for "Brothers", which was shot in 360-Degree vision using specialized camera lenses by Go Pano
. Twist your way around the apartment and see the new technology at work. It's funny how exciting it is to watch these guys just hang out on a couch or play bongo drums.
Just like with any other new technology, we'll probably look at this video in ten years and think about how boring it is. For now though, it's a great way to keep the listener's attention instead of perusing through a hundred other tabs while half-listening to the song. The band could have a bloodthirsty demon in the corner and pop up behind you. But, thank you Tanlines, You didn't.
"Brothers" is off of Tanlines' new record Mixed Emotions
which is out on March 20 via True Panther
. Twist and turn your way through the video below, and then look at their tour dates, which are in boring, lame, not 360-degrees. Sorry.
