On April 30th, our favorite, funky un-google-able group !!! (Chk Chk Chk) will release their fifth studio album THR!!!ER. Produced by Jim Eno (Spoon), the album was described by guitarist Mario Andreoni to be their "high-watermark," and rightfully so if they're nearly mimicking the title of what is arguably the greatest album of all time.

Today, we're given somewhat of a taste of THR!!!ER in the form of "Slyd". This new song does appear on the album, however, according to Warp Records, it's not a product of Eno. So it would be premature to evaluate the album on this alone. Warp also went on to explain that "Slyd" is a tribute to 90s club classics, which is comprised of band-made, "slinking" samples, with vocal contributions from Teresa Eggers and Molly Schnick.

Even though it's no indication of how THR!!!ER will jive, we're still diggin' it, and still eager for April 30th to roll by. Listen below:
