Last week, British bluesy rockers The Duke Spirit released their newest track as a free download exclusively through Spin's website.

The band rocks out a little less than normal on this slow, moody track. But frontwoman Liela Moss belts out her usual raspy vocals. The change can be credited to new songwriting techniques. Moss was quoted saying that she has tried to base the song writing for Bruiser, the upcoming record, more on storytelling than songs in the past that have been mostly introspective and emotional. She also said that the band has been attempting to be less forceful and more graceful and refined. If that's their goal than this new track shows them moving in the right, personal direction.
