Ron Burgundy and Christopher Cross's Painful Performance on Kimmel

Just when you thought the Anchorman 2 promos couldn't be any more invasive, Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy took the stage on Kimmel to awkwardly butcher Christopher Cross's 1980 classic "Ride Like the Wind". It's not that it didn't have humorous potential, but at this point it's becoming obvious that Ferrell is becoming increasingly bored with the character (and so are we). On the Anchorman 2 soundtrack, the song is performed by Ferrell and "Blurred Lines" famed Robin Thicke. And if they were looking to plunge into the 80s, wouldn't Alan Thicke have been a better option?

Watch Ron Burgundy do a terrible Robert Goulet bit alongside Christopher Cross below.
