It's going to be a hoedown underneath the Christmas tree this year with The Killers. The band is releasing their sixth annual Christmas themed single on 12/1 via iTunes. This year, the boys from Vegas revive an 1890 cowboy poem by Larry Chittenden. "The Cowboy Christmas Ball" is a fun country diddy that will inspire some holiday line dances. It's like the song traveled from the North Pole to Nashville via Las Vegas. If you could follow that logic, you'll know what to expect from this jolly foot stomper.

With the release of "The Cowboy Christmas Ball," the band will also be re-releasing all of their previous holiday songs in one EP for the first time. All proceeds from the EP will go to the (RED) campaign's fight against AIDS. Anyone who pledges to (RED)'s 2015 Quilt campaign will also be able to receive a free Killers Christmas download of their choice. As for The Killers, they are busy working on their new album and will have a video for "The Cowboy Christmas Ball" up shortly. Preview the audio down below.
