Super friends Josh Homme (Queens Of The Stone Age), Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters) and John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin)! have teamed up to make a band that appears on Stereogum at least twice a week (and formed in 2005 originally?),
Them Crooked Vultures promises to be everything Velvet Revolver tried to be (and failed). They already have fan sites, and they haven't even released their first record.
The band has played a few shows and reactions have been overwhelmingly positive. "New Fang" has been around for a while and recently the track "Mind Eraser, No Chaser" surfaced on the scene. Take a listen.
