Canadian indie-rockers SUUNS announced that they will release their second full-length album, Images Du Futur, on March 5, 2013. The band recorded the album in Montreal during six months of Quebec student protests, and claim this set the album's backdrop of "excitement, hope and frustration."

SUUNS released Images Du Futur's first single, "Edie's Dream," which strays and shelters the creative noise we enjoyed in their debut, Zeroes QC. Generally speaking, aren't protests fueled by explosive sounds of anger? This sounds a bit tame, then again, Canadians are so damn polite.

Watch SUUNS perform live at The Phoenix during SXSW, and find out why we feel this way.
