Nicki Minaj Apologizes For Nazi Imagery In 'Only' Video

    'Only' is not Nicki Minaj's first music video to stir up controversy, but it is the first to elicit criticism for glorifying Nazism and the Third Reich. The video follows animated versions of Minaj, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, and Drake through a heavily militarized plaza of sorts, surrounded by black, red, and white YMCMB flags that heavily resemble the Nazi flag and swastika. Still, Minaj insists that she had no intentions to condone Nazism, though she tweeted an apology and says she takes 'fully responsibility' for offending or upsetting viewers.


    She also stated that the artist behind the lyric video was inspired by Sin City and Cartoon Network's 'Metalocalypse,' and mentioned that two important players in creating the video are themselves Jewish. Judge the video for yourself.
