Not too long ago, we told you about Nicki Minaj and Cara Delevigne's fast friendship and buzz surrounding a mounting music career for Cara. The international super model has made major headlines for her flawless face, party hopping, past relationships (including Fast and The Furious star Michelle Rodriguez), and now decision to take the music industry by storm.

It seemed kind of laughable at first, but now, word is out Jay-Z wants in on her step into the music spotlight. British magazine Look is reporting he's looking to sign Cara to his label, Roc Nation.

"As far as Jay is concerned, there isn't another woman around who could achieve the type of multifaceted stardom he believes Cara is set for," an insider told Look. "She has the same relentless and cool attitude as the likes of Rihanna or Beyonce, plus the added appeal of being a genuine international supermodel. He's convinced she can make a huge mark on the music industry over the next five years."

With rumors bubbling that Rihanna has been grooming Cara on stage presence and showmanship, there might just be something to Cara crossing over to the top of the charts.
