As previously mentioned, we recently spent a few days with Niles of The Cataracs, documenting a variety of exclusive recording sessions with one of pop's premiere producers. One such challenge we gave him: take everything he's learned over the past few years, dust off a song from his past and give it the remix treatment it always deserved. The result of that process is "Young In LA"; a song Niles admits he wrote while "couching it" when he first moved to LA to pursue music. It's a song that's indicative of his experiences as an up-and-comer in a big city. Have a listen to the track below and grab an exclusive download as well.
