This week's big news seemed to be Vampire Weekend's announcement of a Contra follow-up, which will be released on May 6th. Today, the NYC group shared via Tumblr a live recording of a new song called "Arms." The song was recorded during the band's performance at Sydney's Metro Theatre.

Although it's a live rip, it's flush with Ezra Koenig's token sentiment. It's driven by a fun "You Can Call Me Al" bass line and similar tribal drumming. Enjoy it below!
