It's been eight years since Modest Mouse released an album and with their highly anticipated Strangers to Ourselves less than three months out from it's official release, the band decided to drop a new song, "Coyotes" along insanely cute video for the track.

The video shows a coyote boarding an empty train and taking a ride on the rails through Portland. Inspired by a true story, the coyote's adventure also served as the springboard for the Sleater-Kinney track, "Light Rail Coyote."

The song coasts along with woozy guitar plucking, gentle vocals, and a rousing chorus to carry you through the coyote's adventure.

Strangers to Ourselves will drop March 3rd.
