Yasiin Bey (the artist formally known as Mos Def) has begun work on a new project called "Top 40 Underdog," in which he'll record his own takes on current radio smashes. The first trial is a rehash of Ye and Jay's juggernaut single, "N*ggas In Paris," titled "N*ggas In Poorest" (you can see where this is going). Mos only needs to do his version once for the punch to linger-- his remake features a parody of sorts on the gilded rhetoric, with phrases like "Don't get caught up in the throne" and "Who the f*ck is Margiela??"

We like the title, but would have also accepted "N*ggas In Paris, Arkansas." Download below.
