Show Review

The seventies will never die...and well, that's just the problem Thorcraft Cobra are getting at in this comical video premiere for "Party Clock".

Artist Bio

With Thorcraft Cobra, Canadian cold meets California cool. Billy and Tammy first met in previous projects while they were on the same labelthe now defunct, but influential, Permanent Press Recordings.

The two musicians always hatched plans to record together and, after a prolonged gestation (with Billy biding his time while Tammy toured the world and recorded with brothers Ron and Russell Mael, aka Sparks), Thorcraft Cobra, named for Billy's 1969 Thorcraft Cobra G50 amplifier, finally came into being.

The band features Billy on guitars, bass and lead vocals, and Tammy on drums and BGs.

The debut TC full-length COUNT IT IN will be release on Plaza Bowl Records & Tapes on January 8, 2013 and features a host of special guests including Tammys Sparks bandmate Russell Mael, Redd Kross' Steve McDonald, Sabrosa Purrs Will Love, Gigante, and Omniflux/Big Black Delta/Sabrosa Purr's Mahsa Zargaran.
