Show Review

There's something to be said for an indie band that creates pure and palatable pop rock in today's volatile music scene. High school pals, brothers, and lifelong neighbors Paper Lions are doing just that in their recent release My Friends. The Belfast, Prince Edward Island-based foursome combine multi-textured guitar rock with uplifting vocal harmonies for a Foals-meets-Band of Horses type experience. As bizarre as this genre-meld may sound, My Friends promises very satisfying digestion.

We're pleased to premiere Paper Lions' live session where they performed My Friends single "My Friend" in a historic seaport warehouse in their native Prince Edward Island.

My Friends is now available, and you can get your copy here.
