Graveyard Lovers are a band with their rock and roll roots planted firmly on the ground. Their debut LP Dreamers was released on September 17 and immediately evoked Jack White comparisons due to lead singer Zach Reynolds' southern punk pipes. Their latest single "Love and Hunger" is perfectly grimy and today we're premiering the dark, soulful video which meshes the Graveyard Lovers' loud performance with equally intense imagery that is sure to make you feel their folk and blues vibes.
Graveyard Lovers are a blues-based indie rock band comprised of guitarist/singer Zach Reynolds, drummer Tricia Purvis, bassist Orion Wainer and guitarist Joel Reynolds. Zach is a native of Louisiana whose background is rooted in Deep South folk and blues. Tricia, a New Yorker, came up influenced by the innumerable waves of rock that have sculpted the NYC music scene into what it is today. Together they write heartfelt songs and put on a fiery live show with an ever-present nod to the essence of rock n roll.
