BAEBLE MUSIC VIDEOS: The Raveonettes - She Owns the Street

Few places offer you the opportunity to do something sort of crazy in publicand not hear a damn thing about it from anyone. In NYC however, you encounter these special folks all of the time. So when it came time to make a video for their new song "She Owns the Street", Danish duo The Raveonettes felt compelled to find someone accustomed to such public performance. Her name is Loan, and she apparently does this sort of thing all of the time. Explains songwriter Sune Rose Wagner, "I've noticed her before dancing wildly on Bowery, running crazily in the street among the cabs and horrified passers-by." The song is the first the band have released from their soon to be released album, Observator, due September 11th.
