BAEBLE MUSIC VIDEOS: Pete RG - New Eyes

Peter Argyropoulos is familiar with the grind. He once fronted LA Outfit, Last December, who were the kind of band you could expect hear playing in the background during the emotional high points of your favorite TV shows. Now Pet's gone solo, and with it has brought along a snappy musical moniker in Pete RG. Says Argyropoulos, "I like my last name, but it's a mouthful. I can't say Zack Galifianakis' last name, and mine's much more difficult. Everyone called me 'RG' growing up, playing sports as a kid, so I thought that could work." It works...

With the release of his solo LP a few weeks back, Pete put together a video for "New Eyes", which we're pleased to be premiering on the site today. To plucky fits of banjo, understated rhythms, and Pete's coffee coated vocals, a couple sets out on a golden, California road trip set to a hopeful narrative about seeing the world anew. Have a look.
