A.A. BONDY ANNOUNCES DATES WITH CONOR OBERST AND THE MYSTIC VALLEY BAND
JUNE HEADLINING TOUR UNDERWAY NOW
WHEN THE DEVIL'S LOOSE OUT SEPTEMBER 1, 2009 ON
FAT POSSUM
A.A. Bondy will support Conor Oberst and the Mystic Valley Band on select tour dates next month, beginning July 9th at 123 Pleasant Street in Morgantown, WV and wrapping up July 21st at the 40 Watt Club in Athens, GA.
Bondy is currently on a national headlining tour through the end of June, previewing new material from his upcoming sophomore album When The Devil's Loose (out September 1st, 2009 on Fat Possum), as well as playing songs from his debut, American Hearts (Fat Possum 2008). In addition to his performances at the Sasquatch and Bonnaroo festivals, Bondy's recent gigs have been earning him praise, with the Washington Post's Post Rock music blog describing his DC-area concert as "...loose, intimate..." and remarking the new songs as "...boasting rich, oscillating choruses and ringing open chords.
