Show Review

Though Alberta Cross hail from across the misty Atlantic, this up and coming English group prove their red hot hearts bleed for something a little more North American. With a knick for Southern soul and a knack for blues inoculated guitar jangles, Alberta Sound keep their classic, influences close. The Band, Neil Young, and Leonard Cohen…all can take a little credit in the molding of this band of youngens. Circa fall '07, this performance from The FADER's Sideshow surely sums up just why we like Alberta Cross so very much – David Pitz
