Though she once found herself perched atop the pop charts with jokey one-hit wonders Fannypack, one can only imagine Cat Hartwell's need to fix herself, so to speak, after a series of unsuccessful follow-up singles to the group's mega-hit "Cameltoe". Hopping the dance rock revival a few years later, the beautiful banshee formed Holy Hail from scratch in '05.
