BAEBLE CONCERTS: Fitz and The Tantrums Let It Ride In Atlantic City

LA's soulful rockers Fitz and The Tantrums lived up to the frenzy of their name during their Atlantic City set, and we were lucky enough to capture the whole thing. The band brought a tremendous presence and energy to the outdoor stage, coaxing a large group of audience participants to get down, jump up, and eventually cause a massive dust storm with their dancing. The band's delicate blend of throwback funk and modern jam rock is a near-perfect current for today's musical wire; being nostalgic without sounding antiquated is a rare and magical talent, and Fitz and his gang deliver on that formula with unrivaled electricity. Fitz's blue suit doesn't hurt the band's personality either. The band tore through top tracks from their 2010 album, Pickin' Up The Pieces, including their most infamous tune, the infectiously catchy "Money Grabber". Make sure you've got a supple pair of shoes, and dive in.
