| |  Faces on Film's music is an cinematic as its name. The vocals are half spoken, half sung, and delivered with the weighty importance of an actor's lines. The cast is dedicated and excited, with the guitarists strumming their instruments hard enough to bend the notes slightly out of tune. The songs build slowly, seemingly alternating between poignant romance scenes and action sequences.
This isn't Hollywood music it's too atmosphereic and lo-fi to be anything like a big-budget film - but it's Sundance-prone nevertheless. Who wants a sequel?
